With your support, the Hashers Not Trashers (HNT) campaign aims to raise awareness about the problems litter creates, put an end to litter, and build a caring community of active volunteers. We invite neighborhood groups, local businesses, organizations, and non-profits to show their community pride by contributing to HNT events and city wide promotional efforts.
Through community and volunteer support, HNT aims to:
- Increase awareness of litter and the problems it creates
- Clean up litter from our streets and open spaces
- Grow the number of active volunteers in our neighborhoods – building a caring community and a sense of pride
We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities at both the neighborhood and city-wide level
PREMIER PARTNER ($2500 – $5000) can contribute to our larger nationwide and global presence by providing cash or in-kind products and services
CO-SPONSOR ($500-$2499) can contribute to our larger effort and support events across a city by providing cash or in-kind products and services
NEIGHBORHOOD CO-SPONSOR (up to $500) can support their local community by hosting an event, handing out supplies, or donating space, food or drink incentives for volunteers. Show your neighbors and customers that you care through a number of ways
RECOGNITION: Your logo and link included on the Hashers Not Trashers website, social media, news releases, banners, lawn signs and other promotions
Here are a few ways you can pitch in to make your city shine and contribute in a number of ways!
- Organize a neighborhood event and gather volunteers to clean up a specific area in your neighborhood
- Provide space for volunteers to gather before or after their event
- Donate food, beverages (e.g. coffee, soda, water or beer) or incentives for volunteers.
- Printing – lawn signs and banners
- Offer free publicity or media ad space
- Donate supplies – gloves, bags, trash-grabbers, vest, etc.
- Cash grants
